Holidays in the "most beautiful village in Austria" - the rustic mountain village of Alpbach was awarded this title in 1983. Modernity and tradition meet in the village. The traditional houses are known for their unique wooden construction style. Alpbach was also awarded the "most beautiful flower village in Europe" and is known for the European Forum Alpbach.
You can reach the mountain station for the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau quickly and easily from here by car within 5 minutes. In the village itself you will find banks, sports shops, souvenirs, bakeries, restaurants and various other shops.
